The oak

For six years I have lived close to an oak tree. The tree is standing in my backyard and officially I 'own' 25% because it has grown exactly on the borderline. I adore and respect oaks like no other trees, no one can represent the circle of life better than an oak. No one is more majestic and mighty, no other can represent everlastingness, stability and endurance better than an oak. Oak groves have been for a very long time a temple of spirituality and religious ceremonies. This knowledge is not forgotten, although not many people do know really the meaning of it. more...
